At All RX Pharmacy, we understand the concern of preventing and transmitting HIV. PrEP was approved in 2012 and stands for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis. It means that a medication can be taken before you are exposed. PEP stands for Post-ExPosure. This means that the medication regimen can be taken after you have been exposed to HIV.
