After a thorough clinical evaluation, when appropriate an allergy test may be needed. We offer both skin and blood testing for foods, insect bits, drug allergies, and environmental. Three main options include:

• 1. Prescription and over the counter options.
• 2. Desensitization - Allergy shots , immunotherapy ( an option that helps your immune system to become less stimulated with allergens are near.
• 3. Non- medication, this includes lifestyle changes that can include avoiding the allergens altogether

Asthma is an inflammatory lung disease that restricts the airways in the lungs. During a severe asthma episode the airways are swollen and inflamed. The airwwas also make extra mucus and the muscles around the airways are tighter. All of which leads to narrow airways that makes it difficult to breath.

Asthma can be triggered by cold, sinus, allergies, exercise, laughing, crying, smoke, and weather changes.

• 5. Fatigue and feeling out of breath

Our staff can help diagnose and treat asthma. We know that patients will also want to know what is the cause of their asthma. We help locate the triggers through discourse and testing. We will coordinate a plan to minimize exposure to the known triggers. We will educate and discuss treatment that include novel asthma biologic therapy.
